Why are you so gloomy? Lukashenko to Pashinyan
"Why are you so gloomy?" president of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko addressed Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan with such a phrase when arriving at the CSTO Collective Security Council meeting in Yerevan, News.am reports.
When Lukashenko arrived at the Dvin complex where the CSTO summit is taking place, he noticed the gaze of Nikol Pashinyan greeting him and addressed him with the following words: "Why are you so gloomy?" Pashinyan smiled and said something in response.
