Artsakh’s acting Foreign Minister David Babayan says it is very important for everyone to live and create in their country especially when it is facing challenging times.

"It is very important to live and create in your homeland, in your country, especially during the time of ordeal. This is exactly the situation in Artsakh," he wrote on Facebook on Friday.

"It can even be considered heroism. However, there is one key component here: heroism is not only about living on one's own land, but about living with dignity and honesty. After all, those who live in their homeland, but are looting and coyoting it, naturally, are already anti-heroes, enemies, much more dangerous than an external enemy," the official stated.
