Arakel Martikyan dismissed as Armenian army Deputy Chief of General Staff
Arakel Martikyan has been relieved of the post of the Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces.
The corresponding decree was signed by President Vahagn Khachaturyan, according to NEWS.am the president's press service reports.
