Some roads are closed and difficult to pass in Armenia
The Rescue Service informs that there are closed roads and difficult to pass roads in the Republic of Armenia․
The roadways leading from "Amberd" high mountain meteorological station to Amberd fortress and to Kari lake are closed.
Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks with trailers.
The roadway Sisian-Saravan is closed for trucks with trailers, and difficult to pass for other types of vehicles.
Tigranashen turns, the roadways of Lori, Syunik, Gegharkunik provinces, Lanjik-Mastara, Ashotsk-Amasia (snowstorm), Aparan town, Yernjatap, Tsaghkahovit, Tsilkar villages and intercommunity roadways of Aragatsotn province are difficult to pass.
It is snowing in Vardenyats Pass (snowstorm), in Syunik, Ararat provinces, Dilijan, Gavar and Abovyan towns.

According to the information provided by the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and from the Department of Crisis Management Center of the Republic of North Ossetia of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is closed for all types of vehicles․
Drivers are recommended to drive exclusively on winter tires.
