Positive Negotianion Process Between Iran and P5+1

The Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Rybkov is optimistic concerning the negotiations between Iran and the P5+1 group (Russian, China, France, Britain, the U.S. and Germany) over the nuclear deal. The minister has expressed hope that Tehran’s nuclear talk will be developed in the positive direction within a few days, PressTv reports.

The case has been discussed by Russian officials and the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry a few days ago in Sochi. Ryabkov added that during the meeting all the crucial points concerning the Iranian nuclear deal for both sides have been discussed and they agreed to finally resolve the old complicated problem. The last meeting in Vienna also showed that there is a positive process concerning the nuclear deal.

Both sides Iran and P5+1 are seeking to complete a comprehensive deal by the end of June.

Last week the Iran Nuclear Agreement Review Act of 2015 passed with a largely bipartisan vote of 400 to 25 in the U.S. Senate. Only Six House Democrats and 19 Republicans opposed the bill. The Act was sent to President Barack Obama to be signed into law. The Hill reports that if the Senate or House votes to reject the final deal, a veto would likely follow from President Obama. Congress would then have to get two-thirds of each chamber to override the veto. If successful in overriding Obama's hypothetical veto, his administration would not be allowed to waive some of the sanctions laid out in the accord. White Housie is also willing to support a compromise between Democrats and Republicans.

Thus it seems that the sides will come to an agreement over the Iranian nuclear deal at the end of June. Whenever the sanctions are lifted from Iran, the country will be open for international economic and trade activities. It means that some changes will be in oil, peanuts and gold markets as the country will start to enlarge its trade relations.
