Iranian Nuclear Talks have Recorded a Progress

The talks over the Iranian nuclear program seem to have recorded a progress. This refers to sanctions relief for Tehran – one of those questions the sides could not come to an agreement.

As independent.co.uk reports, the document on what sanctions and when will be removed is already agreed by the experts of all sides and it remains only to be signed. Despite much optimism, there are still predictions that the talks will go beyond the new deadline – July 7.

Hilary Clinton believes that the US can reach a "strong, verifiable deal" by July 7, dailystar.com.lb reports. Similar views have been expressed also by different officials and world leaders, among them Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who, as Reuters informs, said that Iran and world powers have never been closer to a nuclear deal, however adding that success is not guaranteed

Everything is different with Israel. As the talks record some progress, Israel becomes more furious on it. The Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on this occasion: "It seems that the nuclear talks in Iran have yielded a collapse, not a breakthrough. The major powers’ concessions are growing," the Times of Israel reports. He even linked the negotiations with Iran to those with the US and North Korea, mentioning that this "led to a nuclear arsenal in North Korea."

This progress on sanctions releif gives hopes that the deal is possible and it is not that far away as it seemed on the eve of the first deadline. Another question is how the deal will be perceived by different countries, among them Israel and other Gulf countries.
