Arayik Haroutunyan: NKR Proclamation to Be Marked by New Economic and Educational Programs
Prime Minister of Artsakh Republic, Arayik Haroutunyan , declared that the NKR proclamation to be marked by new economic and educational programs, Artsakh Press informs.
"In the next few days we will have an opportunity to be witnesses of the implementation of several economic and educational programs that are evidence of our country's development," Arayik Haroutyunyan told in an interview with journalists after paying tribute to the memorial complex.
In addition, the Prime-Minister congratulated all the Armenians on the occasion of the Day of the Artsakh Republic.
