China Suggests Creating Free Trade Zone in the SCO
China supports the establishment of a free trade zone within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). This was stated by Prime Minister Li Keqiang, speaking at an enlarged meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of member states, Correspondent reports.
"In a narrow format we have just agreed that we will be assigning the ministers of trade and economy to seriously work on developing specific measures to create a free trade zone within the framework of the SCO to create more favorable conditions for the development of trade in the framework of the SCO," he said.
