"Our army again won the Azerbaijani army. Our people again won. Our people have never been so full of strength and heroism. Armenia, Diaspora, Artsakh and our army has never been so strong and united.
I must reiterate: I am delighted with the will, the courage, and patriotism of Armenian soldiers, who gave a good lesson to the Azerbaijani soldiers. This venture will have very serious consequences for Azerbaijan," NKR Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan said in a talk with Slaq.am.
