Juncker: I will Discuss European Sanctions on Russia with President Putin

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker said he would discuss European sanctions on Russia Thursday with Russian President Vladimir Putin, The Wall Street Journal reports.
"I will discuss the matter with President Putin. As far as I can see, he is not in the room," Juncker said.
It should be mentioned that both Juncker and Putin take part in St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
