The Draft of Constitutional Reforms Discussed in Artsakh

The constitutional reform commission of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic held its regular meeting on September 9, continuing the discussion of the project of constitutional reforms, the press service of the NKR National Assembly informs.
The Committee Chairman Ashot Ghulyan presented his considerations. The deadline for a final draft of constitutional reforms is November 20.
