Media: Putin Refused to Visit France

According to the sources of Reuters, Russian President Vladimir Putin will not go to Paris to meet with French counterpart Francois Hollande.
The source reports that Putin refused to meet after the statement of the French side that will only be discussed Syria.
However there is no official confirmation of the information by the Russian side.
