Ombudsman of Artsakh to Present New Facts on Azerbaijani tortures of Armenian Soldiers to International Institutions

After the four-day April war, the Ombudsman of Artsakh has gathered new facts on Azerbaijani tortures of Armenian soldiers and presented those facts to international institutions, Armenpress informs.
"International institutions haven’t given any formal response regarding facts presented by the NKR Ombudsman on Azerbaijani crimes, mutilations of fallen soldiers and civilians after the four-day April war. Let me note that the report of the NKR Ombudsman on atrocities committed by Azerbaijani forces during April 2-5, 2016 against the civilian population and soldiers of Nagorno Karabakh has been published in the official websites of the European Ombudsman Institute (EOI) and the International Federation for Human Rights (FidH)," Ombudsman Melikyan said.
