NKR President Congratulated the President-Elect of the Pridnestrovian Moldovian Republic Krasnoselsky
On December 13, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory letter to President-elect of the Pridnestrovian Moldovian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky, the press service of NKR President informs.
The letter runs as follows:

On behalf of the people and authorities of the Artsakh Republic and personally myself I congratulate You on your victory in the presidential elections.
