Insight Expert: Armenian Sides Should Dictate Their Rules on the Borders

In the press conference with the reporters, an expert of "Insight" Analytical Center for Applied Policy and Research, Narek Minasyan noted that the Azerbaijani provocations on the borders give an opportunity to the Armenian sides to act freely.

"The formula is very clear: whatever can afford Azerbaijan, Armenian sides can also afford. Consequently Armenian sides can feel free in their actions. This should be expressed in a more toughened position. By the way the toughened position must be expressed both on the negotiation table and on the borders, in terms of dictating our own rules on the borders. Such a change in the position will be logical and inevitable taking into consideration the Azerbaijan non-adequate actions, especially after the April war. "
