Turkish MFA Made an Announcement on the Visit of 4 Turks to Artsakh
Four Turkish citizens who visited Karabakh without the consent of the Azerbaijani authorities acted on their own initiative, this visit does not reflect Ankara's official position, Turkish Foreign Ministry spokesman Huseyn Myftuoglu said on Saturday, RIA Novosti reports.
"Four of our citizens visited the occupied Azerbaijani territories on their own initiative without notifying the official authorities of Turkey that in no way reflects our official position," the statement of the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.
