RA Deputy Foreign Minister: Baku Continues to Hinder Karabakh Settlement Process

The RA Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan, in a talk with Armenpress, commented on the recent statement of Novruz Mamedov, the press service of the RA MFA informs.
"By instructing Novruz Mamedovs to come out with outbreaks based on cave mentality, the official Baku continues to hinder Karabakh settlement process," Kocharyan said.
