EU Tariffs on US Products Come into Effect
The European Union (EU) retaliatory tariffs on the imports of US goods came into force on Friday, in response to US tariffs on steel and aluminum imports from Europe, Canada and Mexico, reported Deutsche Welle (DW).
Accordingly, the EU has officially imposed tariffs on imports of US steel products, whiskey, peanut butter, motorbikes, jeans, and several other items in response to a similar move from the US.
