Another Fire Breaks Out at Azerbaijan's Mingacevir Power Plant
A fire broke out on Azerbaijan's Mingacevir power plant on Thursday morning, two days after the accident at the same plant that provoked massive blackout in the country.
According to Azerbaijani media, the fire was extinguished soon.
An accident that provoked massive blackout in 39 cities and regions, including Baku, occurred on July 3.
