US Senate Bans F-35s Sales to Turkey
The US Senate approved a $717 billion defense policy bill on August 1, which also bans the sale of F-35 jets to Turkey, Hurriyet Daily News reported.
The Senate bans F-35s’ sales until the Pentagon submits a report on Ankara's participation in the deal on F-35, and assesses the risks on Turkey's intention to purchase the Russian S-400 missile system.
