Pashinyan-Putin Meeting to be Held on September 8
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet on September 8 in Moscow.
Speaking to Izvestia newspaper, Spokesperson to Russian president Dmitry Peskov has confirmed this information.
PM Pashinyan’s upcoming visit to Russia is his third—ever since the change of power in Armenia.
Previously, Putin and Pashinyan conducted meetings on May 14, within the summit of the heads of the Eurasian Economic Union countries, in Sochi, Russia.
Their second meeting took place on June 13 in Moscow, when Nikol Pashinyan attended the opening ceremony of the 2018 FIFA World Cup this summer in Russia.
Meeting of Russian President V. Putin and Azerbaijani President I. Aliev took place on September 1 in Moscow and the issue of Karabakh conflict settlement has been touched upon during their meeting.
