Artsakh Parliament President Sent Congratulatory Letters to the US Congress

On November 14, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh Ashot Ghoulyan sent congratulatory letters to a group of US lawmakers on the victories in the midterm elections to the Federal Congress and State legislatures.

"Artsakh people greatly appreciate your support on the issues of Armenian significance. We hope that your further activities will contribute to the strengthening of democracy and ensuring the recognition of the inalienable right of peoples to self-determination," the congratulatory letters read.

Note, by the results of the November 6th midterm elections, lawmakers from the Congressional Caucus on Armenian Issues and a group of Artsakh friends have been re-elected to the US Congress, including Frank Pallone, David Valadao, Jackie Speier, Adam Schiff, Gus Bilirakis, Anna Eshoo, Judy Chu and Tulsi Gebbard. Anthony Brindisi, an Armenian American, has also been elected to the US Congress.
