"Yesterday I had said that, in a telephonic conversation with me, the president of the Russian Federation proposed not to hold the CSTO summit slated for [Thursday,] December 6, until we discuss that matter [the appointment of the next CSTO Secretary General] in a working order," the acting PM said. "But at the same time we have the session of the supreme council of the Eurasian Economic Union on December 6, [and] which will take place in Saint Petersburg, and I will participate in that session."
