Lapshin about Lawsuit against Azerbaijan and His Upcoming Visit to Armenia

Russian-Israeli travel blogger Alexander Lapshin, the man who was under global media spotlight for his arrest and extradition to Azerbaijan for visiting Artsakh presented details about the lawsuit filed against Azerbaijan in the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
''European Court in Strasbourg (ECHR) decided that the evidence I presented about the attempted murder committed against me in a Baku prison, causing serious harm to health is enough to initiate proceedings against Azerbaijan'', Lapshin wrote on Facebook.
Lapshin also informed that plans to visit Yerevan next week.
