Artsakh and the Whole Armenians not Ready for Territorial Concessions: Artsakh Republic Security Council Secretary
The Artsakh side and the whole Armenians are not ready for territorial concessions against anything, Artsakh Republic Security Council secretary Vitaly Balsanyan has told the reporters today in Yerablur Military pantheon, aysor.am reports.
“We have done the concession on time. Armenia has done concession. When Azerbaijan’s situation was grave and UN was adopting a resolution, we restrained from attacking actions. While the Azerbaijani side in two months reclassified its troops, brought military equipment and started military actions.” Balasanyan has mentioned.
