Armenia Can't Discuss 'Territories for Peace' Formula - Pashinyan
The meeting with Aliyev cannot be considered as negotiation, Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told the reporters, Sputnik Armenia reports.
"These are informal contacts during which exchange of ideas takes place," Pashinyan noted.
Referring to the "territories for peace" formula, the PM said that "We cannot discuss "territories for peace" formula."
Asked whether there is an initiative from the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairing countries on boosting and restarting the talks, Pashinyan said: "This issue is in the agenda of discussion of the Foreign Ministers".
