On 12 April Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan signed the Artsakh Republic laws "On Operational-Investigative Activity", "On Introducing a Change in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Criminal Procedure Code", "On Introducing Changes and an Amendment to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Law "On Local Self-Administration"", "On Introducing Changes and Amendments to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Electoral Code", "On Introducing Changes to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Law "On State Statistics"", "On Introducing Changes and Amendments to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Law "On National Security Bodies"", "On Introducing Changes and Amendments to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Law "On Service in National Security Bodies"", "On Introducing Changes and Amendments to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Law "On Ensuring the Security of People Subject to Special State Protection"", "On Introducing a Change to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Law "On State Duty"", and "On Introducing Changes to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Law "On Payments for Nature Protection and Natural Resources Use"".
