Aliyev Makes Political Shifts

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev shifted several political roles. As a result former Minister of Internal Affairs Ramil Usubov took the post of Secretary of the Security Council at the President of Azerbaijan, former head of the State Security Service Madat Guliyev became Minister of Defense Industry of Azerbaijan, and Ali Nagiyev heads the State Security Service etc.
Zakir Hasanov remained the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan.
