Eurasian Economic Commission Intends to Oblige Russia to Return Alcoholic Beverages to Stores

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has prepared a draft decision that should oblige Russia to resume the production and turnover of low-alcohol tonic beverages, News.am reports.
The EEC document is intended to waive the restrictions introduced earlier in the country.
"If the introduction of any provisions poses a threat to the health of Russian citizens, the state is obliged to establish more stringent rules,” Russian Finance Ministry reported.
