Nikol Pashinyan Congratulates Vladimir Kazimirov on 90th Birth Anniversary
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has extended birthday greetings to Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Vladimir Kazimirov on his 90th birth anniversary.
“Dear Vladimir Nikolayevich,
Please accept my warmest and most heartfelt congratulations on your 90th birthday.
As Head of the Russian mediation mission for the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, then as Russia’s Representative and Co-Chair in the OSCE Minsk Group, you went a long way toward launching the negotiations over the peaceful settlement of the Artsakh conflict.
Invaluable are your efforts aimed at achieving a ceasefire agreement, promoting a peaceful resolution of the conflict and forming an adequate negotiation format. After completing your important activities, you did not leave our region, and continued to put your long experience at the service of establishing a lasting peace. Your comments were impartial and came as an evidence of your deep awareness of the causes and consequences of the conflict.
The Armenian people highly appreciate your mediation in the peaceful settlement of the Artsakh conflict and in ensuring stability in the region.
Dear Vladimir Nikolayevich,
Reiterating my birthday greetings, I wish you robust health, wellbeing and every success.”
