PM Conveys Congratulations on People’s Republic of China 70th Anniversary
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China on the 70th anniversary of PRC founding. The congratulatory message runs as follows:
“I cordially congratulate you on the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. This remarkable jubilee symbolizes the great achievements stated in building a modern statehood and society by one of the oldest civilizations, the Chinese nation.
It is a pleasure for us, the Armenians, to follow the achievements of the People’s Republic of China and the Chinese people in terms of economic progress, innovation and cultural growth.
Armenia attaches particular importance to the comprehensive, sustained and consistent strengthening and deepening of the traditional friendly relations with China. The furtherance of multifaceted bilateral relations and exchanges and close cooperation in the international arena stem from the vital interests of our two countries and peoples.
I am hopeful that my visit and meeting with you in China this May will serve as a basis for raising the Armenian-Chinese friendship and cooperation to a new level.
I am ready to work with you and do everything possible to achieve this goal.”

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has also sent a congratulatory message to PRC State Council Chairman Li Keqiang on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China.
The congratulatory message reads:
“On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to you and the Government of China on the 70th anniversary of the People’s Republic of China.
China has arrived at this historical milestone with numerous achievements recorded in the fields of statehood building, economic progress, innovation and culture.
Armenia attaches particular importance to the comprehensive, sustained and consistent strengthening and deepening of the traditionally friendly relations with China.
I am hopeful that my visit to China in May this year and the meeting with you will help us advance the agenda of Armenian-Chinese friendship and cooperation.”
