Armenia President appoints three deputy chiefs of army's general staff

President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree on appointing Tiran Khachatryan Head of the Operational Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, NEWS.am reports.
By other presidential decrees, Andranik Makaryan has been appointed Head of the General Department for Preparation of the Armed Forces, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, and Arakel Martikyan has been appointed Head of the General Department for Intelligence of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
