President Sarkissian Met with a Group of Participants of the Silicon Mountain Conference
President Armen Sarkissian hosted on December 4th a group of participants of the Silicon Mountain technological conference and among them the President of the Synopsis Armenia company Ervand Zorian, Dmitry Turchin, Microsoft’s AI Solutions Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, the Customer Relations Program Director of Microsoft in CIS Astghik Dallakyan, the President, Director of the Union of Employers of Information and Communication Technologies (UEICT) Armen Baldryan, and the CEO of the Union Edward Musaelyan.
The President welcomed the initiative to hold the conference in Yerevan. ”The time has come for us to unite our efforts because together we can achieve greater results and contribute to our country's advancement in the technological area,” the President underlined.
At the meeting discussed were opportunities of cooperation in the framework of the Presidential ATOM (Advanced Tomorrow) initiative and the Armenian Summit of Minds to be held in Armenia next year.
Speaking of the components of the ATOM initiative, President Armen Sarkissian noted that would be glad to see in this format, along with the world’s other leading technological companies, the Microsoft company.
