UN General Assembly Adopts World Chess Day Resolution Tabled by Armenia
The UN General Assembly has just unanimously designated 20 July as World Chess Day, as per the resolution tabled by Armenia. Chess is global, it helps transcend borders, age, gender, prejudices and perceptions, in support of peace, development and human rights.
