Some Roads in Armenia are Difficult to Pass
According to the Ministry of ES of RA on December 15 by 10:30 some roads in Armenia are difficult to pass.
Sotk-Karvachar roadway is open for all types of vehicles, and for trucks only with installed tire chains.
There is clear ice in Vardenyats Pass and on Sotk-Karvachar roadway.
There is fog in Talin, Aparan, Ashtarak towns of Aragatsotn Province and in Lanjik village of Shirak Province.
According to the information provided by the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and from the Department of CMC of the Republic of North Ossetia of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation Stepantsminda-Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles. Drivers are recommended to drive exclusively on winter tires. Construction works are underway on Vanadzor-Alaverdi-Bagratashen highway, as a result of which the above-mentioned section of the road is closed for trucks.
