PM Pashinyan Congratulates Hassan Rouhani and Ali Khamenei on Nowruz
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent congratulatory messages to IRI President Hassan Rouhani and Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei on the occasion of Nowruz.
The message addressed to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei reads:
“Eminence,
I cordially congratulate you and the friendly people of Iran on Nowruz, the Iranian New Year.
I wish the coming year to be a year of achievements, peace and welfare for Iran. I am confident that the friendly relations and cooperation between our two countries will be further strengthened to promote our peoples’ wellbeing, as well as regional peace and stability.
I also wish the friendly people of Iran good health and fortitude in overcoming the global pandemic with the help of God and a speedy recovery from the losses incurred.”
The congratulatory message to President Rouhani reads:
“Excellency,
I cordially congratulate you and the friendly people of Iran on the beautiful spring holiday of Nowruz.
I wish this deep-rooted holiday to bring peace and welfare to the friendly people of Iran.
I am confident that through mutual efforts we will be able to materialize the agreements reached during my latest visit to Iran to the benefit of our two nations.
Today, as mankind is facing a global challenge, I express solidarity on behalf of the Armenian people and wish everyone good health. I regret that the current situation prevented Armenia from hosting friends from Iran during the days of Nowruz, but I am hopeful that next year our doors will be open to host Iranian citizens.”
