Pashinyan: Observers Departing For Artsakh Elections Should Be Tested First
Observers departing for Artsakh elections should be tested for coronavirus, said Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan on Thursday.
"Thank God, there is still no case of coronavirus infection in Karabakh, although dozens of people have been tested," he said. He said everything should be done not to import virus to Artsakh.
Presidential and parliamentary elections will be held in Karabakh on March 31, and Armenian observers will be present
