Governor General of Canada Addressed A Letter To President Of Armenia Over COVID-19 Pandemic
The Governor General of Canada Julie Payette sent a message to the President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian on the situation with the coronavirus.
On behalf of the people of Canada, Julie Payette asked the President to convey her support to the people of Armenia in withstanding multiple challenges presented by the pandemic of the coronavirus. She noted that Canada too, is making efforts to prevent the spread of the pandemic and to find a cure to the illness. “This is a complicated and unprecedented situation. But I am confident that the science will provide solutions and together we will defeat this invisible enemy.
We cannot choose the time for difficulties to come; however, we can choose how to respond to them in crisis,” the Governor General of Canada mentioned in her message.
