Nikol Pashinyan Congratulates Italian Counterpart on National Day
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Council of Ministers of Italy Giuseppe Conte on the Italian Republic Day. The congratulatory message reads:
“Excellency,
I warmly congratulate you and the friendly people of Italy on the Italian Republic Day.
Based on close historical connections, the friendly relations between our peoples continue to develop in the spirit of mutually beneficial partnership. Over the past few years, we managed to deepen the ongoing multifaceted cooperation between our countries, which is underpinned by a high-level dialogue based on trust, respect and mutual understanding.
I warmly remember my official visit to Italy, which to my firm belief reinvigorated our interstate relations. I am confident that through joint efforts we will be able to further develop and deepen the bilateral cooperation to the benefit of our two countries.
I express my support to you and to the friendly people of Italy in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and in overcoming its heavy consequences. I wish you fortitude and patience.”
