Venice Commission Regrets that Proposal for Constitutional Amendments is Not in Line with Recommendations in the Opinion
The Venice Commission of the Council of Europe provided the opinion over the draft of constitutional amendments in Armenia.
The 82d provision of the Opinion says: “The Commission regrets that a proposal for constitutional amendments was introduced in the Armenian Parliament on the day of the adoption by the Venice Commission of this Opinion, which proposal is not in line with the recommendations in this Opinion.”
