The Armenian parliament adopted at the second reading and fully the draft on Constitutional amendments, Aysor.am reports.

The opposition factions boycotted the discussion at both readings.

The newly adopted draft terminates the powers of the Constitutional Court judges who have been in office for more than 12 years and ceases the term of office of the serving president of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan.
