As Attorney I Feel Shame for what Happened in NA Yesterday: CC Chairman

With the acting Constitution the Constitutional amendments are subjected to preliminary constitutional oversight, chairman of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan told the reporters today, Aysor.am reports.

“I register a fact - the Armenian CC has not discussed such draft. As an attorney I feel shame for what happened yesterday in the NA,” Tovmasyan said.

He said in such situations in inter-state system a person does not have right for judicial defense.

Tovmasyan said he has not got familiarized with the draft adopted yesterday by the NA and noted that the CC has not received the document.
