Vaccine against the Coronavirus Is Itself Important, but It Isn't a Solution: Putin

Russia's President Vladimir Putin has declared that even though the vaccine against the coronavirus is itself important, it is not a solution to the issue. According to him, in order to confront the infection the observance of all preventive measures is needed, RIA Novosti reports.
"The vaccine itself is extremely important. But it is not a solution. The threat can be resisted only by observing the entire range of sanitary preventive measures," the president said in an address to the Russians.
