CC Judges Urge Public Authorities be Guided by Constitution in their Actions and Decisions
Constitutional Court judges issued a statement expressing concern over the situation over the Constitutional Court of Armenia about which both domestic and international structures expressed their viewpoint, Aysor.am reports.
“We urge the public authorities be guided in their decisions and actions exclusively by the Constitution. The Constitutional Court of Armenia continues implementing its functions ensuring the rule of the Constitution,” the statement signed by judges – Hrayr Tovmasyan, Alvina Gyulumyan, Felix Tokhyan, Arayik Tunyan, Ashot Khachatryan, Hrant Nazaryan, Arevik Petrosyan – says.
