Arayik Harutyunyan Received Armenian Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan
On 29 August Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan received Defense Minister of the Republic of Armenia Davit Tonoyan.
Issues related to army building were discussed during the meeting which was attended by the Artsakh Republic Defense Minister Jalal Harutyunyan and Chief of the RA MOD Military Police Ashot Zaqaryan.
Both sides considered important the cooperation of Artsakh and Armenia in the defense sphere, as a pivotal precondition for securing stability and peace in the region.
