The Court Hearing On Changing Pre-trial Measure of Gagik Tsarukyan Was Adjourned
The court hearing of the petition on changing pre-trial measure of PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan has been adjourned, Aysor.am reports.
Judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan appointed the next session on September 25 at 10 a.m.
Supreme Judicial Council reports that Tsarukyan and his lawyers did not attend the hearing.
The participants of the hearing petitioned to examine the motion without their presence but the court, taking into consideration the importance of the issue made a decision to postpone the examination of the motion till September 25.
