Joseph Borrell: Azerbaijan’s Conditions for Resuming Negotiations with Armenia are Difficult to Fulfill

Azerbaijan’s conditions for resuming negotiations with Armenia over Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement are difficult to fulfill, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell said addressing the European parliament, RIA Novosti reports.
“I am also very concerned over what Azerbaijan’s foreign minister told me during the conversation. He said that the fights will continue until Armenia does not agree to a clear schedule of withdrawal from Karabakh. This condition is very difficult for resuming talks while the situation worsens from day to day,” Borrell said, Aysor.am reports.
He also voiced extreme concern over “Turkey's full support to Baku.”
