Negotiations on FMs’ Level over NK Conflict to Start at 4 p.m. Yerevan Time
The negotiations on the level of foreign ministers over Nagorno Karabakh will launch at 3 p.m. Moscow time (4 p.m. Yerevan time), Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov reports.
Earlier Russia’s Foreign Ministry representative Maria Zakharova stated that consultations would be held between Azerbaijani and Armenian FMs on Friday, aysor.am reports.
“The foreign ministers are arriving in Moscow, today they will start working with Russia’s Foreign Minister Lavrov. We expect this meeting to launch at 3 p.m.,” Peskov said.
