Armen Sarkissian Informed Emomali Rahmon on the Latest Developments around Nagorno Karabakh
President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory letter to Emomali Rahmon on his re-election as President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
President Sarkissian also informed Emomali Rahmon on the latest developments around Nagorno Karabakh.
“As you know, after the appeal of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and as a result of the consultations held by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia in Moscow, a declaration was adopted to establish a humanitarian ceasefire on October 10, 2020. However, the ceasefire remains fragile and unstable. Azerbaijan violates assumed responsibilities and continues with military actions at the different segments of the frontline. We hope that the Azerbaijani side will adhere to the regime of ceasefire and the bloodshed in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone will stop soon.”
