Azerbaijan Violates Ceasefire in Peaceful Settlements: Artsakh Emergency Situations State Service
The Azerbaijani side has violated the ceasefire regime in peaceful settlements as well, Artsakh Republic’s Emergency Situations State Service reports.
"A while ago the enemy used military aviation in the direction of Martuni, grossly violating the agreement on humanitarian ceasefire," the statement says.
